All Cheeky Cheeks Face Painters and Entertainers are covered with full Public and Employers Liability Insurance so liability associated with our activities lies with us rather than our Client. All activities comply with our Health & Safety/Risk Assessment Policy.
Advice on the adaptation
of service to compliment any theme or promotion
We can adapt our flexible service in the planning stage to best suit Client
requirements. This frequently involves tailoring designs, costumes and artwork
to reflect specific themes to compliment our Client’s promotion.
Liaison between the client,
the venues and our promotional staff
Once details are finalised with our Client we work with them to ensure that
our entertainers are fully briefed regarding Client Campaign Objectives
and requirements. Cheeky Cheeks can also provide an onsite project co-ordinator
if required.
Digital images provided
in advance for pre-event advertising
We have a bank of thousands of images reflecting all imaginable themes.
We are able to offer a selection of these digitally to be used for Client
publicity purposes and we can also provide free posters to pre-advertise
your event.
On The Day
24 hour staffed telephone ‘what if’
lines before, during and post event
Cheeky Cheeks’ Head Office is staffed 365 days a year should there
be any queries from Clients or the general public before, during or after
an event. In the unlikely event of a last minute cancellation we liaise
with the on-site representative and endeavour to replace the artist as quickly
as possible.
Artists distributing logo-bearing
balloons as advertisements
A face painted child is highly visible to all especially when holding a
bright balloon or wearing a sticker/badge. This way each child becomes a
walking, talking advertisement for the Client for the rest of the day. Cheeky
Cheeks can source and distribute Client logo bearing balloons, badges or
stickers.
Artists collecting customer
data as they work
Information from customers such as names, addresses and comments can be
collected and forwarded to Clients along with the event feedback forms/report.
Artists giving out
products or information whilst working
Artists can be briefed and provided with products and/or information to
distribute as they work, adding value at the event.
After Your Event
Service Quality Checks via Feedback Forms
Each artist returns a feedback form, which contains a simple checklist assessing
his or her performance, including a comment from the contact at each venue.
Their content is summarised in our Final Report to the Client, which includes
recommendations for future events. This practise allows Cheeky Cheeks to
assess each job, helping to maintain a high standard of work for each and
every event.
